- Upgraded the installer so it will install the TibetanMachine typeface if selected.
The previous installers required the user to unzip a file and install the fonts.

- Added basic support for importing TibetDoc (.dct) files.

- Also added another control for Rinchen pung shad conversions,
you can now decide whether a shad in the yi-go blocks conversions on that line.
